- Provide leadership to diverse and talented project teams. Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, develop and manage a project plan and ensure successful on-time, on-budget delivery of multiple concurrent large-scale enterprise projects.

- Work with service teams, partners and clients to establish credibility and capability to architect, deploy and operate a world class computing platform supported by world class technical and professional services.
- Work with service teams, sales teams and prospects to establish credibility and discover/conceive and sell innovative data center infrastructure solutions.
- Articulates leading edge best practices, architectures, and technologies to present innovative computing architectures.
- Works on complex and sensitive business problems and provides state of the art data center solutions that are highly creative.
- Supports and conceives new service opportunities that exceed those currently offered by other providers.
- Participates in developing the strategy and initiatives for the services team and helps lead development and execution.
- Can properly leverage and position innovative computing solutions for business and IT executives.
- Assist in the development of key processes, policy decisions and technical implementations, and service programs
- Capable of identifying and driving development of best practices around optimal use of integrated solution and/or operational activities and processes.
- On key projects may oversee project managers and SOW to insure successful project scoping and delivery.
- Develop and nurture strong client relationships at the executive (CEO, CTO, and CIO) and director levels; educate and advise clients on industry trends and technologies; attain trusted advisor status to clients.
- Help qualify and develop new business initiatives within existing client base and targeted prospects.
