Consent is being formed for people with genuine capabilities and people with genuine opportunities. It is not a recruiter-searchable directory, and it does not begin with a public job search.

Consent would look privately for direct and adjacent possibilities. A possible match would not rank a person’s employability, guarantee an introduction, or reveal one side to the other.
Two contexts. Kept deliberately separate.
One person may participate in both contexts. Information or permission given in one would not silently carry into the other.

Employers, hiring managers, and responsible intermediaries with a genuine role, contract, project, or collaboration need—not access to a candidate database.
An introduction would be a sequence of permissions.
The mechanism is still being developed. These are its intended boundaries, not claims of a live service.

Each side states what is real, what is required, and what may be used for this purpose.

Hard requirements exclude. Softer ranges can surface explainable adjacent capability.

What must remain true
These commitments shape the work before the network exists. They are not shortcuts around the evidence still needed for launch.
- Membership would be private, reviewed, and separate from access.
- No submitted profile becomes browsable by recruiters or other members.
- Private member data is not sold or reused for unrelated Viewyonder services.
- Core participation is intended to remain free.
- Every consequential disclosure requires an explicit, reviewable permission.

Consent begins in a private repository, developed from its first commit to the standard expected of public, independently inspectable source.
The software is not yet publicly released. Real and derived operating data would remain private even when product source becomes readable. Published code could show what a mechanism is designed to do; it would not, by itself, prove what production ran or how private data was handled.
Reviewed-membership applications are not open yet.
