Automatically Collected Information

When you visit our website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may automatically collect standard web server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited. This data is used for security and performance purposes.

Account and Project Interest Information

If you create or use an account, our identity provider (Clerk) processes your sign-in details and account identity. We store your selected project interests, changes to those interests, optional notes, account notifications, and an audit record of administrative account actions. Interest records include a snapshot of your name and primary email.

Newsletter Signups

If you subscribe to a newsletter, we send your email address and the relevant newsletter list, when selected, to Brevo so it can manage the subscription.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

Cloudflare

Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Workers. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure aggregate site use and Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection. Cloudflare may process certain data as described in its privacy policy.

Brevo

We use Brevo to manage newsletter subscriptions. When you subscribe, Brevo processes your email address for that purpose. See Brevo's privacy policy.

Clerk

We use Clerk to provide sign-in and identity services for account areas. Clerk processes account and authentication information as described in Clerk's privacy policy.

Slack

When an account holder changes a project interest or submits an accepted interest note, we may send their name, primary email, selected projects, change type, optional note, and timestamp to our Slack workspace so we can respond to that interest.

Google Fonts

We use Google Fonts to display typography on our website. When you visit our site, your browser may connect to Google's servers to load font files. See Google's privacy policy for more information.

Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and maintain our business records. Newsletter records are retained by Brevo while your subscription is active or as otherwise required for subscription management. Account, project-interest, notification, and audit records are retained while needed to operate and secure account services and maintain appropriate business records. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us, subject to records we need to retain for legal, security, or operational reasons.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Contact form data is stored in secure, encrypted databases.

Web Analytics

Cloudflare Web Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. It provides aggregate measurements such as page views, referrers, and countries without using cookies to track individual visitors. See Cloudflare Web Analytics for more information.

Anonymous CTA Tracking

We track clicks on key call-to-action buttons (e.g. links to our products and services) to understand which content is most useful to visitors. This tracking stores the allowlisted button category and label, destination path, current page path, referring path, and timestamp in our Cloudflare D1 database. It does not store query strings, cookies, IP addresses, or user agents in the CTA event record.

Cookies

Our website may use cookies or similar storage required for security, authentication, and account functionality, including Cloudflare bot protection and Clerk sign-in. Cloudflare Web Analytics and our first-party CTA measurement do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
